I have looked at a lot of paint options and I like Armstrong vct (vinyl composition tile). No special floor prep required, lots of color options including a couple of grays, repairable, quick to install and roughly same cost as a good paint job in much less time. An installer can do the job in a two car garage easily in a day.

One guy mentioned waxing the concrete and I am going to look into that but will probably go with the Armstrong tile as soon as it warms up.

I have almost succeed in getting everything off the floor of my garage (except refreg, floor jack, tool box and the junk my wife hauls in and out) so the installation should be fairly easy.
