I've seen your ad a couple times on craigslist- one caveat: In Virginia, if you want to put regular tags (not antique) on this, it will not pass state inspection as it sits.

In Va or Md the car can run on antique tags.
In DC it has to pass emissions which it will with the stock exhaust that'll come with the car.
If no interest in a few weeks I'll see if anyone wants to swap the sparco seats for stock seats and sell the rollbar and use it as a DD myself

Have you thought about posting a FS ad here on Dorkiphus?

I remember this car for sale on CL back in 2013. Now I know where it went.

Yeah but I thought the rules were that I had to put an actual price on it. I prefer to trade since I'll lose too much money on a direct sale.

Yes, you do need to put a price on it if you advertise it.

I don't get your 'loss' reasoning though. Do you think someone will trade you a car worth several thousand dollars more than yours is worth?

I've got a classic motorcycle I'm about to list if you are up for a trade.

1985 Honda VF1000R. Complete, but needs paint. With 152HP on two wheels, it should have a velcro seat.

No but someone else may also have put tons of $ into their car and they don't want to sell it for the going rate, hence the preference for a trade.
