Chris,
You can easily install 6.5" coaxials in the doors. Many are available in your budget. Keep in mind though... having a good signal (head unit) with decent wattage (high power headunit or preferably an amp) will make a big difference in full range sound reproduction. You should take a listen to what we did in Dave's (BlackTalon) car.
