x2 -- although it seems like someone w/ an old Lincoln hot rod is more from Riley's or OldT's generation... Maybe Don W or Dirk D is having some fun?

Keep us posted, Ted. I'm always down to belly up at Mackey's. Close enough to Dupont, right?

Don't look at me! Everyone knows that 5 ltr Lincolns are rare even by 964 speedster standards Besides if me, I wouldn't have used "Ed" as in ed-zack-lee, or ed-u-ma-ca-tion, or Ed that rymes with dead which I'll be if I don't get my car back to-get-her

Well, it wasn't really modded I guess, just decorated with parts from the Trak Auto and a big 5L engine. Big difference between that an a 911. But I'm not worried at all. I think days like today with the ice storm present great learning opportunities. I don't worry about the "limits" per se. Just having a ball.
Yep, just like PK said ... Darwin Award.

Welcome Ed. Just remember that 911's prefer to travel BACKWARDS in the "twistys". That's what makes them so fun to drive. Join PCA and sign up for the upcoming High Performance Driving Clinic. Best $100 you'll ever spend on that car.

Red911 is playing with us. He is obviously very bored and is looking to see how long he can continue with this charade. Go back and read his posts and you can almost hear him laughing.

Welcome, Ed. Hey, if you get serious about DE's with your Targa let me know. I have an '88 Targa with some minor mods. I'd be glad to show you what I've done, and explain the enhancements if you get to the point you are interested.

You really should sign up for HPDC and some DE's - it's a great time and a great group to get to know at the track.
