Default clutch plate. how does it look?

how does this look? should i replace it?
oh, if this looks ok, then what do i need to replace just because i opened up this can?
(i'm glad you can't read the clutch plate says 1971 on it)

the picture is a new edit.
also new info, disk and plate have sticker on them: REBUILT -BECK ARNLEY. Disk ink stamped -FEB 18 1971
