As your Track Coordinator, I always attempt to negotiate the opportunity to drop trailers and unload cars the night before an event. It makes a huge difference in the time and stress associated with event preparation - especially for the numerous volunteers at away events - if we are able to set up the evening before the event.

*** For the second year in a row trailer drops and unloading has been arranged at Mid Ohio!!! ***

Please note the restricted trailer drop hours, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Thursday, April 28th, and everyone will need to sign insurance waivers to enter. Please DO NOT arrive before 5:30pm, and so that everyone is clear of the facility by 7:30pm, NO arrivals will be permitted after 7:00pm. Please recognize that this is a favor being extended by our track hosts and treat the privilege with respect. If everyone abides by this "drop and go" schedule, perhaps we'll be able to enjoy this privilege again next year!

In addition, please note the following:

• Gate opens at 7:00am. No one should arrive prior to gate opening any day.
• All parking adjacent to the garage buildings is reserved for the rigs of those who paid for the garages.
• Repairs to facilities are the driver’s responsibility, and can be expensive.
• Please note that we must have vacated the facility by 7:30pm on Thursday and Friday, and 6:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
