Drum roll, please! For the first time ever we have successfully arranged for trailer drops and unloading the day before our event at Watkins Glen!!!

Please note that we have negotiated very restricted hours which are from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, Thursday, July 1st, and everyone will need to sign insurance waivers to enter. To respectfully give the COM Car Club time to conclude their event and vacate the premises, please do not arrive before 6:30pm, and so that everyone is clear of the facility by 8:00pm no arrivals will be permitted after 7:30pm. Please abide by this schedule, and perhaps we'll be able to enjoy this privilege again next year!

In addition, please note the following:

• Unlike past events at The Glen, all garages have been rented by participants this year. All parking adjacent to the garage building is reserved for the rigs of those who paid for the garages.
• No one should arrive prior to gate opening any day, and should not stage on County Route 16 - the Sheriff patrols the area regularly and writes particularly nasty tickets.
• All traffic around the garage building flows clockwise.
• No ATVs, carts, roller-blades, motorized skateboard or bicycles are allowed outside the paddock; safe operation within the paddock is acceptable.
• Repairs to facilities are the driver’s responsibility, and can be expensive.
• Please note that we are to be completely out of the facility by 6:00pm on Sunday; the Pride Ride motorcyclists will be lining up to get in.

Some additional event info:

• The fuel pumps (100 unleaded and 110 leaded) are scheduled to be open 8-10 and 12-2 on Friday, and 8-4 on Saturday and Sunday.
• The souvenir concession at the Pyramid will be open from 9-2 on Friday and Saturday only. There is also a shop on main street in Watkins Glen that is open till 8.
