Default How do I.....deal with DMV?

Can't find it on VA DMV's site, they don't let you hold to talk to a live person if wait is more than 5 min and I'm lost. How do I remove one person from title and regis. if two are listed as owners? No sale involved here. Thanks.

You get a new title, then you change your registration. You will need to take the other titled person with you or get a notarized affidavite (sp?) saying they no longer have an interest. Like when you remove a lien holder. I think?
