Well, if anyone has a lead on a cheap roll bar, please keep me in mind. OG has some killer sales going on for Rennlist members, but none of the cheap ones are for my car.

Gunther,
The Techquipment piece is very nice. It is also a Factory part so if resale is an issue, this should help. That said, all of Safty Devices roll bars have the tangs for full cage conversion already on them. So roll bar to cage change shouldn't be that time consuming. Josh is running a full Safty Devices Cage in his early car. Just my .02.

Guys thanks for all the comments. Each of you have good points. I'm looking to track the car more and want a bolt in item that goes in and out without having to gut the interior. But based on what has been said it appears that a roll bar may not be necessary except in extreme conditions. Based on my skill level and speed I probably don't need a roll bar for a few more years.

Again, thanks for all comments!
