Very good advice. I sent my 993 injectors out during last winter's refresh, they were down about 30%. Maybe not such a big deal on a street-driven NA car, but still alarming in some ways.

Not happy to hear the severity of the internals of the engine. I did have the injectors matched a while back when I did the top end rebuild. The report should have been with the stack of papers I gave. Now I am questioning the integrity of the job they did.

Glad to hear the car is getting back on the road.

Thanks, Steve
Since I won't be DEing my car for a while, maybe I'll send my injectors out. How much did that cost?

~$25/ea if you ship them out to clean and flow

Seals(s) vary, a few material options available

GB sells rebuilt for not much more, rockauto, paragon last I checked and a few others sell them.

Injector-Rehab charged me $18 each to clean and do the work that is detailed on the report. I give the guy a thumbs up as when he did the initial testing, he called me and asked if I had any drivability issues. I told him the story of the car and he advised that they probably should not be used. I sent him another set that came back perfectly matched after cleaning and didn't charge me for doing the second set. He is located in New Jersey and turnaround was very quick. Very pleased with his work. I have used WitchHunter before as well and they do good work but are located In Washington and shipping takes a little longer.

Actually the Silver Bullitt was tagged yesterday and I drove it to work today. Running good and making a list of nit-picky things to fix that I have not addressed already.

I dunno about that....drug it home on January 11 and have been putzing with it at night and weekends when time allows. Needed to get it done so I can back to working on the old 911. Which, with the current state of affairs, I will have more time SINCE I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE OR GO ANYWHERE!! (not that there is anything wrong with that!)
