These guys also sell a bearing spacer to move the rotor away from the control arm:

Edit: this is a different setup than what you have; verify how many mm of offset you need.

Actually George except for the rotors that is pretty much the set up he has. Base 993 had a slightly larger (~6mm) and wider (4mm)front rotor.

We did ask for diameter and width of rotors so hard to guess on what is what.

Something is put together wrong or the wrong part is in use for the rotors to be offset and hitting the A arm. This can be done right without great fuss. Just dig in and see what is wrong.

Scuba. The A arm ball joints on 911s are critical single point failure items. When one breaks you tend to be along for the rest of the ride as a passenger. Unlike the stock 944 arms on lowered cars they don't fail all that often they are not expensive or all that hard to replace.

Agree with VG. Even with my (far more limited) skills, replacing the ball joint was pretty easy BUT I'd had advice first. I bought about $20 in tools and a spare nut to screw on to the threaded lock pin so I could more easily drive it out, and a giant socket-like thing from Advance Auto (they called it a "4-lug spindle nut wrench" and it fit perfectly on the ball joint to remove it with my impact wrench). Again, thanks to Trak Ratt and Vicegrip for their advice, which that one time I was smart enough to get before I FUBAR'ed the whole thing.

Rennline actually referred me to VCI, who told me that with the Boge struts, you have to do some grinding to get unspecified rotors to fit with 993 calipers - but not with Bilsteins. I've sent him pictures of what I've got to get recommendations for spacers.

Sorry - I measured them, but never posted to confirm they match what's on the Coleman order sheet. It comes out to 305 x 32mm.

I also measured the caliper mounting block - with a set of calipers - but eyeballing the center of the bolt hole, the offset is at ~18-20mm.

Could the mounting blocks have been installed reversed? Maybe the offset mounting hole should have gone toward the outside instead of the inside.

From what has been shown the installation appears correct. Just need the correct spacer to get everything aligned.

Had a spring washer on the bolt side and a flat washer on the hub side.

When you take your car in have the mech check the valve lash! Often overlooked on PPIs. Why in there have then check and re-torque the head bolts if needed too.
