But assuming this is for higher-level stuff, then record the educational session, upload to Utube, etc., and provide a link in the sign-up email that MSR automatically sends.

That's actually a great idea. There's something similar for recording track days here: https://pcapotomac.org/activities/dr...track-days-msr but maybe if this How To video were made it could be sticky'd here and linked over there for future students too.
