Looks nice. Too bad your neighbors didn't spring for the brick facades as well. On the plus side, it looks like the garage can expand out to both sides by buying the adjacent units... Could rent out the upper floors, and have a nice shop down below!

I would rent out one side and put a full sized lift in the othere side. Keep the old third floor for storage. A small freight elevator in the back of the unit with the lift would make storing engine parts and spare clips a breeze. You could even put in an engine dyno if you reenforced the floor.
