Anyone looking for a house in Sterling area?
 

I'm going to be putting my townhouse on the market shortly, wanted to see if anyone was interested before listing with an agent.
Basic stats:
Brickfront 3 level townhouse in Sterling, VA
3 BR 2.5 BA
Wood floors on main level, vaulted ceilings, blahblahblah
One car garage

How is real estate holding up out there these days? I'm glad I got out when I did...just like hitting the lottery.

Can any of the bedrooms be converted in garage bays???? Can the kitchen floor be removed wso we can get a lift into the garage below? You left out some very key details!

Yeah, lioke how many cars can park in the driveway? And how are the neighbors with parts cars?

Any special noise restrictions? How far from OG Racing? Oil recycling nearby?

OK, here are the garage details....granted it's currently just a typical townhouse one-car garage. The driveway can fit 2-cars in it, and there are 10+ 'guest parking' spots within 100 yards of my door.

If you want ideas for making it larger I have some though...know of a similar garage in Annapolis that was converted from this size to a 3-car showroom (basically knocked out all the basement walls) that has a Mercedes, BMW and Ferrari in it ;)

Here's an old picture, currently has 2 motorcycles, 1 bicycle, the 914, pegboard, old highschool locker for parts storage, holse reel, compressor, trash/recycling bins. So not bad for a one-car:

Oh yeah, I can post some pictures of the actual house if need be...or draw something up fast to show the 3-car basement/garage idea, haha!
One more thing, lots of storage under-stairs and behind washer/dryer (have had a complete 914 front end, both seats, spare tire, bumperpad and lots of bike parts back there at some-point).
