Anybody remember the old AAMCO commercial with the gomer trying to figure out a water hose saying "Let me boss, I always wanted to fix a transmission" Yup, that's the guy that does my work

Settle down chief. Stopped by Intersport today, and Charlie was working on your car, not mine. I have photographic evidence

^I'm changing my vote for "Post of the Day" to this one! Especially since in involved a lot more work than just being funny. Looks like somebody got a haircut!

Too bad you don't DIY. Maybe if there was some sort of website you could join where there are a lot of guys who are local to you and have a lot of experience working on old Porsches, I bet that would help out a lot.

I see David Riley Porsche has hired a new tech, and he's already been through their rigorous training program.

Got my car back from Intersport today. Art did a great job diagnosing and repairing my coolant leak. I was loosing coolant but I couldn't find the leak. Ends up it was caused by my power steering overheating/overflow problems. PS fluid got on and into a gasket in a plastic coolant assembly that's right below the PS reservoir. Gasket expanded and cracked the plastic which lead to the leak. They needed to run it under pressure to find the leak. They also replaced the water pump since it was near it's end-of-life. Kudos to Intersport and Art for doing a great job.

I saw Ryan's and Evan's cars. No one was working on them Sweet looking ride Ryan!
