Not much available even via Google.
My understanding is that it was a solid yellow and they use flashing yellow to signal a caution. Great race no matter what the outcome. I was hoping vettel would have spun one last time after foolishly going back on the harder compound. Too bad Schumacher had such a lousy year.

Kimi off-track was funny, I understand though. I think last time he raced there there was an exit route there, and the Porsche supercup race used that route to start. He sure showed a righter turning radius than I thought possible in am F1 car.

Well....well...well.

My guess is the FIA doesn't have the cojones to try and overturn an already publicized championship.

FWIW, when it was briefly mentioned during the race, from the in-car video, there were some yellow lights that did appear to be flashing.

FIA has reported that there is also a green waving flag visible before the yellow light. Flags over-rule lights so FIA will not penalize Vettel.

the one below seems to show green light after flag.

The commentary during the race showed flashing yellow lights on driver's right, as car was approaching a left hand turn. Not sure though when the pass in question actually occurred. I think any in-car video from Vettel's car has already been doctored by RedBull.

Plus, it appears to me that the two pics above are from different sections of the track. That doesn't appear to be the same building at the end of the straightaway. Although the top one may be a bridge, so maybe not so easy to tell. Too bad the two clips also appear to be from 2 different sources.

I believe there were three different passes that were being questioned. The first two were clearly not an issue from the analysis I've read. The above was the one that was questioned the most. I believe flashing yellow denoted slippery conditions (no kidding it was pouring).

Here's two detailed articles from Axis of Oversteer

Are we watching a championship stolen

Case Closed Follow-up article.

Same straight. The 1st one the far building is obstructed by the Johnny Walker bridge.

Vranko's link shows video containing these photos.
