Looking forward to running with you again, Mark. At Shenandoah, it looks like my Mighty Turbo will not be of as much use to me against your Weenie 924S!

How are we planning on running it? With all the bells-and-whistles?
At last year's DE I recall the bus stop, the back straight kink and the turn #5 kink were removed and the range straight was used (turn 10 was eliminated). With the bus stop eliminated you can catch some nice air at the top of the hill of the bridge straight Of course they may run it differently this year.

We also cross over at Old Ram, don't use the pit straight, also no kink on the back straight

Why do we use old ram? Other groups use the pit straight without issue.

Not sure how many groups do use the Pit straight, it is pretty tight, BSR don't use it for FATT, it does require more corner workers, pit out is more difficult, and not many want another couple corners for instructors to upchuck on!! One real difficulty is getting enough instructors, many have kindly volunteered to take 2 students as it is.

Whew -- this makes it MUCH easier to find videos online! Heh, plus the track is a bit more appealing in this configuration -- more like a track and less like an autox...

Plus, this gives me hope at having some semblance of a memory pre-formed prior to actually getting to the track. coughthankyoujesuscough.

Ah -- point taken: will make sure car's interior is fully covered in saran wrap prior to event. And a big thank-you to those instructors coming to the event. I understand it's not the most popular one so your help is greatly appreciated.

The PCA Potomac Website is down for maintenance as of now. What Email address do I use to ask for my status on the wait list?

May issue of der Vorganger has two pages devoted to the Shenandoah circuit, along with a map showing the configuration used by Potomac along with driving tips.
