meh. Pax River isn't at the far end of civilization... I used to live down in St Inigoes near Ridge.

when i lived down there, I never came across any shops. ended up in the DC area most of the time. I think the closest was Tiff's just south of Annapolis, but I have no experience with them.

welcome to the board.

St Inigoes is only a myth, nobody really knows if it actually exists! Kidding aside, I'll have to check Tiff's out, you're not the first to mention them. Thanks for the feedback, very appreciated. Cheers.

That means the beer is good and cold, and the gouge is plentiful! Mint!

Default Intro- 928s

Hello,
Turbohugh was good enough to refer me over to this forum.

Long ago, a 924S was my gateway to an '85 928S. I sold that car but after a few years picked up another.

I've been in this area for a few years now, orphaning my Hellebronze 83 928 Euro S/5 spd in Massachusetts.
A couple months ago I picked up a nicer-than-I-planned 86.5 auto to shore up my self-gratification down here. It is a bit more sedate, but has the
uncommon grey-green interior and fairly low miles..

Looking forward to some events, workshops, etc as winter yields to spring.

Still not sure that I'm looking forward to summer, though

There's a 928 just like your blue around here, but it is sporting some Turbo Twist wheels which makes it look so much newer. That blue is a great color.

Yes, I've met the owner if its the one I'm thinking of - tan interior. He is putting on some Panamera 18s soon.
I have some five-spokes to put on in place of the flats on the 86.5, but am not into the twists.
Took a bit of work to muster up the staggered 16" phone dials on the Euro, and they're stayin'!

Hi I just joined today. I drive an N/A 1986 944 with the sport suspension option and factory 951 Fuchs. I am from North Jersey but go to school at UMD in College Park.
Here are some picture of my car.
When I first got it before I replaced the timing belt, rollers, and water pump.

As it currently sits
