You aren't suppose to reuse the flywheel bolts... ever! The pressure plate ones are just cap head bolts. Are you advocating replacing bolts just because they have been in use for a while?

I'm advocating replacing bolts that stretch (flywheel bolts) and that I've been told are better to replace if they've been used (pressure plate bolts).

And get the right tool for the flywheel bolts - strip them and you'll be sorry... VERY short indentation which leads to minimal contact with the tool.

Great feedback. I'm going to start prepping the vehicle this weekend (draining oil; disconnecting shafts and wiring). I'll be sure to take pictures of the before/after to figure out how to put back together. A friend will help me do the drop the following weekend. I'll start ordering the parts after I get a chance to look at the engine out of the car.
