I ran the route again today an tweaked a couple of things... This is an EXTREMELY twisty 70.4 mile route without any traffic lights... My poor little TDI went airborne several times. Hopefully the weather will hold out but stay tuned to this thread early tomorrow morning before you leave for the latest update.

This thread was not updated as promised. This is NO WAY to run a fun run. With this kind of customer service, I certainly don't see a Bull Run #7.

Email was sent to all that responded... I don't see you on my attendee list so your comments mean nothing to me... Not really interested in your opinion either I do these runs out of the goodness of my heart and not in affiliation with any organization.

True, but you post about them here so why the attitude when someone asks for an update? If truly private why not just e-mail everyone on your A list?

Ken,

You may not be interested in my opinion either, but posts such as this do little to assuage whatever issues exist and only serve to disparage anything you do here.

Bull:

Your response is, frankly, pure bull. You did not require anyone to email or PM you -- your 'invite' was basically to arrive at Giant in the a.m., and to check this thread for updates. Sending emails to those 'that responded' is completely contrary to your postings.

Hey Mark,

In case you haven't noticed but I do very little here. It's not because of the people but that the site has become more track oriented which is something that does not interest me at all. I posted the last run because it was going to Summit Point and the Club Race.

Just to set the record straight. I called the event late because it started raining when I got to the meeting place @ 7:30am. I stayed there until 9:45am (the departure time) to make sure everyone got the word. Only 2 people didn't get the word, my son-in-law (go figure) and a friend. No one from the Dorkie thread even posted which makes RED911's comments totally uncalled for. It's the 3rd event I have had to call this year due to crappy weather. Always a difficult call because I know people come from quite a distance to attend my runs.

Unless it's going to a track event I don't even bother posting here.

I consider the subject closed and anyone that feels contrary can blow it out your a$$.

There you have it and that's no bull
