Default Body Shop Stories

Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with Zamora's Auto Body in Rockville?

I know that Wagonworks in Alexandria has had an excellent reputation among the BMW and Porsche folks but they are a bit farther out.

Does anyone have any other recommendations or cautions regarding with other shops in the area?

The shops that are on the "recommended list" with the insurance companies are:

Zamora's
National Auto Body - Parklawn
Auto Body Dimensions - Butler
Jim Coleman Cadillac
Koons Ford
JRS Auto Body - Rockville
International Audo Body - Rockville

There are more, I'm sure; but it seemed like I was going to get a big long list of a bunch of firms that are either dealers or places I've never heard mentioned in these circles.

Thanks,
David

You will probably get a list as long as there are regular posters. Karroserie off Prosperity Av in Fairfax have a good rep as do Euro Pro and HBL is supposed to be good now. Do a search under body shops.

Dave

Zamora's is a quality shop, Mr Zamora has been doing body work for a long time and has trained his sons very well in fixing cars and taking care of their customers. The only advice I would pass along to you would be talk to some of the shops and pick the one that you feel most comfortable with because in the end if you don't feel comfortable with the shop, no matter how much of an outstanding job they do, you will find something wrong and be unsatisfied with the service you received. Good luck!!
