Default body shop in Rockville??

About a year ago, the Porsche club held a tech session at a recently opened body shop in upper Rockville. I can't remember the name of the shop but I think the owners formerly worked at Wagon Works in VA. At the tech session they did a painting demo and showed a recently completed red 930s.

Hopefully someone out the remembers the name of the shop and can let me know who/where they are.

Thanks,

J.

If you want the best value (less$,excellent work) go to D&D autobody in Rockville. See the owner, his name is Avak. Phone is 301-340-0678. Tell him I sent you and he'll do you right.

Think about Manhattan Auto Body Shop in Gaithersburg, at the airport. The main man is Lenny who is a third generation antique car rebuilder. He did my work on my 911SC and it was on time and great quality at a good price. He takes pride in his work. 301 948-2487.

EuroPros repaired my '96 C4S. Paint and body work are excellent. They aren't the fastest, but they take their time to do the job right. I also had them replace my windshield (pitted) and repaint the whole car. 3M subcontractor they used is an artist. But the tinting is poor (done by another subcontractor).

Any recommendation on a tinter that has done a good job on 993's?

Tis sad but true. It closed just about the time I made my post. The painter Len of whom I spoke now works for Europro's. 301 977-7474
