Default Bose - Center-Channel Speaker - Black - $150

I bought this center for a theater room that never got built. It has very minimal use!

Possible Pre-Muffler trade for 88 non turbo 911?

"The center channel contains over 50% of all movie sound. Trust the four 2-1/2" drivers of this Bose center-channel speaker to admirably handle the task of reproducing that sound." Bob- does this then mean that I should use only the speaker hookups in the rear of my new Tech Pro tuner -1000W that are labeled "Center" ? Sorry for the dumb question, but....... Guess I am dumb when it comes to stereo hookup'n.....

Center speaker should be plugged into center speaker jacks on receiver

Sorry I'm just getting around to answering you, I work nights!

Talon is correct, a center should only be used with a compatible amp/receiver that is set up for surround sound. Most amps/receivers should be marked for the appropriate type speaker....

Center channel should have its own dedicated output. But will only make a real difference in a true 5.1 or 7.1 audio output. I'm not certain whether an amp will direct anything to center speaker if source is only 2-channel stereo, although synthesized surround sound output probably will.
