i haven't read through all this thread, just this page of it actually, and so i gather that dr. k is building a track car out of a wreck but doesn't know the racing rules?

dr k, why don't you just buy a track car. it's half the money, none of the time, and it'll comply with class rules. it sounds like you're in the midst of creating problems for yourself.

Nice find, and affordable. Unfortunately, I need to drive to the track, so this would also cost me a trailer, a tow vehicle, and a divorce. This is a bit more than I actually expect to spend, but likely much better sorted.

I wonder why it hasn't sold for the three months it's been listed. Anyone know what he was asking before the price drop?
