Ive read on the RV forums that when you are towing, it is much better to get a RV type service. PLus most insurance companies include Roadside Assistance for a small fee.

I have roadside service with my insurance company and the best they will do is get me to the nearest dealer. My buddy has AAA and he had my car delivered to the shop of my choice. I'm thinking of dropping my insurance's roadside service in an effort to sign up for AAA.

FWIW, if you're over 50 the AARP motoring plan is pretty much equivalent to the AAA Plus plan and about 1/2 the price.
