I'm not nearly dude enough to pull off that beard.
As shown there you or I would need a federal tax stamp to own it as a short barreled rifle. That's as far as normal folks could go. Federales, military, police and federally licensed manufacturers and dealers in machine guns could own one with an auto sear (the last two would have to have a letter from one of the first three, if I recall correctly). But why mess around with something you have to unfold?
