that guy should sue the city since he got injured in the process of helping the cop lay out the line. can't tell from the video but it's possible the cop gave just a tiny little tug and toppled him over; combined with a bad back to begin with and then being forced into an unbalanced position while doing the cop's job of laying out the line, the guy never had a chance. probably ended up with a broken nose. it's outrageous how they entrap people and then fuck them up with injuries. and if he was actually drunk, then all the worse, cop had no business putting him in harm's way like that. just sayin.... this is not intended as legal advice.
