If I weren't teaching a class on Sunday, I'd soooooo be there.

Personally, I hate watching baseball on TV. However, being at the game is almost magical. Minor league games are even moreso for me. I really love the closeness (i.e. proximity) to the players. Being there with a bunch of other P-car owners would only serve to make it better.

Besides, I can scope out the parking lot and try to imagine the next AX course.

Default Yes, it is open to anybody with a Porsche

You can either register online at the PCA Website, which does not require a member number at:

http://www.pcapotomac.org/index.php?...ster&Itemid=82

Or you can bring a check for $45 made out to PCA Potomac and just show up at the Baysox lot at 11.

Hey dude,
Hope you and J are staying out of trouble down there! I'm guessing he probably took you to all the "clubs" near the base last nite....

Default Drive and Dine to Bowie Baysox

Hats off to John for organizing another great Drive and Dine. Even though John bailed on us, eight stalwarts set out from Bowie Baysox Stadium for a great drive through southern Maryland. We had some really great scenery. Tony and Cindy Pagonis did a great job of organizing the drive and stepping in for John. Tony was an able leader and only got us lost once.

The highlight of the day for me was lunch at Michael Langshaw's house in Hollywood, MD. Michael and Yani really rolled out the red carpet. We were joined at Michaels by some additional enthusiasts. We got to see some great cars, some great art on the wall, had some really good food, (The potato salad was great) and the Alan Herod Memorial Garage. The traditional full throttle departure down the driveway is not to be missed.

Then back to Bowie Baysox stadium where Tony P hosted the group for the Baysox game.

Again, a real vote of thanks to Michael and Yani for hosting us, Tony P and Cindy for stepping in for John and John for doing his usual fine job of putting a drive together.
