We've had triple play since we bought our HD set last fall. Reception on TV is great, internet is fine and telephone is too. Overall, we are very happy with it. However, the remote is very complicated for someone as technology-challenged as myself and the billing is virtually impossible to understand. Having said that, service has been good for the most part and the folks on the phone (when you reach them) are very patient with my stupid questions. In all, we wouldn't give it up and go back to Direct TV unless Verizon drops SPEED.

ditto....had the computer and phone, upgraded from directv to fios..I think that the menus have been fixed. at least they scroll better. I wish the DVR had the TIVO features. like the find shows similar to what you watch...

My set also resets a couple of times per week at random. I can live with it...

Man does not live on bread alone boy-o For instance I found out yesterday that Diamonds are mined on all the continents including Antarctica and the continental shelf off the west coast of Africa. Also, that Eve’s Uncle Jake is a closet homosexual and that her employer is smuggling “rock jewelry” from Mexico

I'm sure Verizon would love to be in Alexandria. The restriction is usually the local government (and how tight they are with Comcast or Cox).
