check over your policy.

when the bunny got rear ended, i hate some intake and exhuast stuff(manifolds,down pipe) in the rear and they were demolished, it's the only thing i have actually gotten a check for, the car..well, still waitin on that and it's almost been a year.

def read your fine print,etc

If it's not part of the car itself it is not covered by your auto insurance. May be covered by your home owner's insurance. My daughter left over 100 cd's in her car one night, wasn't there next day, lots of broken glass, wrenched passenger door just for fun, real cretins. Car damage paid for by auto policy, tapes and other stuff stolen covered by home owner's policy which has (sign) a $500 deductible so even all added up there wasn't much back. Rates later rose too I believe.

Thanks Michael, I'll noodle through the policy, but the whole thing may not be worth the effort.
