Do you think I can adjust my valves that way?

Keith:

Just saw it the other day. You can really "slam" your ride with the height adjustments I forwarded it to some racing buddies so they can try out new paint schemes before committing to the real thing. Might prove to be a valuable tool in the end.

RE:356 stuff
Just finished up and installed a 1750cc motor in my 356. Should get it down here (in CT) in the next month or so for DE / AutoX etc... Thought you might be interested as I think you are the only other 356 owner on this board. Sorry, no pics of the install but, there is a picture of the car in "Jefferson 500" topics courtesy of Doug E. Lots of goodies on it from 356 Enterprises and others as well.

Jason,

RE: 356 Stuff, check out Cars for Sale here on the board.

I'll be looking for another soon enough, though I hate to sell the car, I love it. I've got my eye on some open top 356's and can't be without for very long... and I'll need wheels to get me to the East Coast Holiday in Ashville in September.

Your 1750cc oughta be a hoot on the track. Let me know when it's on the pavement so I can come out and cheer on you vintage guys!

Hey if you see a nice non-race 58-65 cab, speedster or roadster for sale, let me know - I'm on the hunt.

Keith:

Sorry to see your baby go. It looks like a great find (with all the work you put into it) for the next owner. I don't see it listed on the356 Registry ads pages. I think this would be a great place to post it as well.

I come across cabs and speedsters but mostly in a run down ready for track condition more than concours restoration. Steve Pfeffer (Speedvision TC BMW driver) used to have a green cab with a 6cyl conversion that was for sale. Are you looking for original with chasis / trans / engine #s matching? How about one of these outlaws instead?

I am sure you'll be into some kind of "tub" for the East Coast Holiday.

Happy hunting!

Jason
