Have been running Hawk HT-10's (f&r). Need to get a new set to have for eventual replacement this year. I've been reading about the Pagid Yellow Pads on here, then looked at the price for them! Are they that much better than the Hawk Pads to justify the price and sounds like the quicker wear? Always interested in trying something different on the car if it will be noticeably better, but wondering if the pads are THAT much better.
Thanks! I have slotted zimmermans front and solid zimmerman rears.

i use stock solid rotors f&r, but i've been on the pagid yellow train myself for a long time and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. tried hawk dtc-70 (or maybe dtc-60) and they didn't last as long as the pagids. been thinking about pagid blacks as well depending on price.
never liked the lack of initial bite with the pf97. how long do the ht-10s last you? another thing to consider is that as you get faster and faster with your car, you are going to go through consumables faster.

Going with PF-97s on the blue car! Used them for years, like everything about them but the dust... but then why worry about that as long as they work?
Got the $39 back rotors from Paragon too!

I liked them a LOT! But it's been long enough I finally got over it

do they make them in the smaller sizes now? i think Rob had used them on his 996 GT3. i'd be curious to try them out if they make them in the right size for my car.

The Pagid Yellows are great, mainly because they are very easy on the rotors. They have pretty good initial bite, but not as much as the RS14 Black. They are more expensive than some of the other alternatives. I have used the HT10 and like them as well. Great pad at a reasonable price. I also liked the PF90 and used them in the past. Haven't tried the PF97 yet. The PF97 works well on ABS equipped cars from what I have read.
