Karl, I use the RSS spacers with my street/rain tires. Also had them on the Boxster with no issues. I use studs instead of bolts. I think wheel bearing wear from 1/4” offset is negligible

I've had the TRW outer arms, with Tarrett monoball inners on my 981 for a couple years. TRW is a major parts supplier for automotive and aerospace equipment. Good quality.
