wtb-out of date race seat
 

I am looking for a seat for a chumpcar. Can be out of date. I need a wide one, 17", something easy to get in and out of. Like a corbeau fx1...

Too late - just mounted my very wide (17") Kirky in Darth (about to be renamed, BTW). But when is the race - perhaps you can borrow so long as I have it this Sunday and then back before 6/23 for Watkins Glen.

I have an old Clubman (Corbeau I THink). Steel tube frame ... not sure it is enough of a safety seat for what you are looking for.

I have a Kirkey seat you can have for $100. I thinlk that I previously posted an ad here with a picture

Oh, I forgot to mention, I have a kirkey in it now, but our larger drivers can't get in and out properly.

Jase, is that side or bottom mount? I am interested in it for a cheap passenger seat. Let me know your asking price. thanks

I've never had it in a car ... came along with parts/spare '74 Targa I picked up years ago.
