Oops, didn't review that one close enough.

I took the car out today, went out to Middleburg including a very open nice empty stretch of highway where I could stretch my wheels a bit.

I got my Porsche fix on New Year's by driving 250 miles from Philly back to MD. I had a blast playing tag with a 964 C2 on I95 near Wilmington DE, it is comforting to know there are others out there that will push their 911 hard . The best highlight of the drive was breaking the 200,000 mile mark :D ! WooHoo!

26,000 miles in the first year and a half of owning the SC. Garage queen, what's that??? :?
Happy New Year Dorki's!
Wish you all a very successful DE and Porsche project year.

You posted a picture of your speedo at 0 mph? And I thought the smack talking had died down...

Happy New Year all...

Yeah, that was because I took the shot after I washed the SC this afternoon.
Jazz it's kind of difficult to look down travelling at my break neck speeds . With my crazy HP, one second of taking my eyes off the road could result in the back end letting loose  .
Next time we go driving I want you to shoot a photo of your speedo , better yet, take a picture of my SC while I pass your slow stock almond car .
As always I'll be sure to wave after you give me the one finger passing signal :P .

I don't know how we didn't cross paths. I'm off Belmont Ridge/606 area near South Riding. The wife and I took off for points out/about Middleburg and The Plains, through Leesburg, etc. Look for the black/yellow 914 next time you're out and about.

Careful, Junior, or next time we go driving I'm really going to open it up and leave you stranded out in the middle of farmland MoCo with no idea of how to get home

It's alright, try to leave me, I'll just follow your trail of oil leaks back home  .

That's right -open it up. I usually keep it at about half throttle so your underpowered SC with its skinny little tires can keep up with me.

Nice recall of events or excuse  ,whichever one that is, considering I'm the one always on your a$$ trying to get you to speed up. You should get some TV's installed in your Carrera if you are going to drive it like a minivan mom  .
Hmm, you seem to have forgot about our last night run huh?? Don't even try to use the excuse that Charlie was weighing your car down being in the passengers seat. My spare tire and jack weigh more than him and I was still 1/4 mile ahead of you .

Steve, nope it was black, besides targa's have a tough enough time keeping up with my coupe, which means cabriolet's don't stand a chance; especially with the top down  .
