it's the one that holds the cartridge in the strut housing

1. is it re-usable?
2. what size is it? (length, diameter)
3. if i have to buy one, what metal?
4. for locals: do you have any?

They are reusable. When you eventually drive it out, one end will probably be mushroomed due to a botched attempt at removal, the other end will be fine. When replacing, just start the 'good' end in the hole and drive with the mushroomed end. FYI: Use a drift that's large enough that it wont protrude into the pin center while driving in/out. If you start with the proper sized drift, you'll have no problems with removing, mushrooming, or installing.
