Default T-Bar = Spring Rate Chart?

Anybody have a link or knowledge of what T-Bar equates the equivalant spring rate? Not wanting to "spring" for a front coilover setup just yet, wanted to make sure i put the right t-bar (hollow most likely) in place. Still working on what the right rate is, but would like to know there is a chart that i can refererence.
