Morning gents -

This is Doug checking in from Frankfurt. It's 8:15 am and I'm sitting in the hotel waiting for the shuttle to the airport for the quick 9 hour flight home. Before I left I just wanted to give you a teaser of my trip so far:

- Our track car was an Opel Speedster ... FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN
- Riding shotgun on the 'Ring in the WET (Sat afternoon)
- Driving the 'Ring in the dry (Sunday and Monday)
- Riding shotgun on the 'Ring in the dry (Sunday and Monday)
- The 'Ring Museum
- Walking into the paddock of the F1 track at the 'Ring
- Hiking to the top of the Castle Nurburg
- Porsche Museum
- Porsche factory tour
- Mercedes Museum
- Sinsheim Museum
- Hockenheim track sighting
- Eating lots of schnitzel

Unfortunately my 4 days here in Mecca are about to end but I've got some great video and pictures to share. Spending the quality time with my Dad and Brother was fantastic and the memories will last a lifetime.

If all goes according to plan I'll be home early this evening. After making up for lost time with the wife and kids this evening/tonight I'll get started posting my write-up and pictures tomorrow.

Sorry I missed you all at SP this past weekend but I hope you understand
