Just a note that my brake caliper rebuild [one rear caliper] on my 80 911SC went about as good as it could get.
Thanks to tech advise from Dorkis and the excellent rebuild article on Pelican site.. Since I don't have a "real" air compressor > I had to use the "remove pads and carefully depress brake pedal to push pistons out" technique. Used a small electric air pump and popped out the pistons > cleaned them up > cleaned the cylinders up > apply assembly lube > new seals > no more dragging caliper ... saved considerable $$$ and gained considerable self-satisfaction of doing the job myself..
