Default Childrens car seat
Is it legal to put a kids car seat in the front seat of a 2-seater (no airbags)???

I believe so, as long as the seat is the correct type/size for their age/weight. The airbag thing is a safety concern and not a law. Although, I believe those switches are mandatory for new cars w/o back seats. I would say call the local police or MVA but they aren't likley to know any better than you. Do an internet search for the DC motor vehicle code.
