Default September's monthly gathering of the faithful
What happend fellow Dorki's, I didn't miss it did I? Since some people are going to VIR this weekend and the HPDC is the week after, is anyone interested in attending the monthly meet on Saturday Sept. 25? If not then we shall have one at the beginning of next month. I'm not trying to see this event fade away .

with so much going on for the month, that be PORSCHE, it's easy to see how we could overlook our monthly meetings. and who took the minutes at last months?
We could almost have one every weekend, and i'm sure peeps would show but lets not be crazy.
like, last month, tho it was on a race-day, didnt the most people turn out, than ever before? it's nice to see the group size boom! (go dorkis!)

I've got something going on the 25th,so i could see pushing it off to the first weekend of Oct.. 8)

FYI: Dyno's for Charity and Oct 2-3 DE Tech Inspections are both on the 25th.

Bummer , how about Saturday October 9th? Is there anything going on the second weekend of October that could conflict with the meet?

Default Oct. 26th Porsche Event
Pari,

I am going to be doing a Porsche Driving Club event on Sat. Oct. 16th. Please keep this in mind. I will be posting more details in a couple days. There is one event detail I need to iron out prior to posting.

All Porsche owners will be invited. The event will involve a trilling drive, an air show of WW2 aircraft (rides are given in B-17's bombers), and watching a movie during lunch. Details soon.

Pass the word on.

Default Oct. 16th event.
There will be some 25 different aircraft present. B-17, B-29, B-24, P-51 Mustang, Spitfire, etc. In museums one doesn't get to experience the full glory of these aircraft. Seeing and hearing these WW2 planes in action is the best part of the show.

The rides in the B-17 will be handled through the people running the air show. There is an extra change to get a ride.
