I had a puncture on 95 the other night (right rear) and the fronts were down to the wear bars a couple of months ago, so I put new tires on. Got Fulda Carat Extremos W rated, 205/55 front, 225/50 rear. Package with the warranty, balance, etc came to $596 at NTB. Only problem was they had the rotation reversed on the rears, which I didn't notice until I got home, so I had to switch the wheels.
After a couple of days break in, I took a vigorous drive, of course obeying all speed limits (for the tires) on a Lucasville/Bristow/Vint Hill loop. I had the same size Yokos before. I really did not expect much difference in handling (if anything, I expected the Yokos to be better), so I was suprised by two things, which may be logically contradictory, although racers might have experience with similar characteristics. At low speeds, the Fuldas seem to have much better grip that the Yokos, yet at high speeds, the drifit in the rear is much more gradual. With the Yokos, the rear end went grip-no grip almost without warning, whereas the Fuldas lose the traction gradually, providing much more control of rear-end drift. Of course, what I don't know is were the Yokos holding traction to a higher speed before breaking loose. Nevertheless, I "feel" more control with the Fuldas.
