We purchased it in July 2019 with 24K miles. It was used by one of the veterinarians that worked for my wife. She resigned just over a year ago and probably won't be replaced, so the truck is not being used.

It is in excellent mechanical condition, and everything works. I did all the maintenance so far, with oil changes (Mobil 1) every 5K to 6K miles. I have a log with other maintenance. There have been no problems other than routine care. FWIW, we have a 2003 Tacoma with over 600K miles, and we have two 2nd gen Tacos each with just over 300K miles.

The interior shows some wear in terms of scuffs on the plastic, especially the passenger side rear door. The vet kept equipment and supplies in the back, and she usually moved stuff in and out of that door. The outside looks pretty good. No dents, but there are some scratches. I put custom seat covers on all the seats before it went into service. The seats look great.
