It is not loud at all, normal driving you can have a phone conversation

Above 4.5k rpms things start to get interesting

I’m restricted to under 7k rpms during break in, after 1k miles I will share my impressions

FYI: my 991 Touring with the same engine and little insulation is very civilized until about 6k rpms after that, all hell brakes loose - until she hits 9k rpms

The big difference with this car is that the intake is directly behind your ear and the sound is glorious, not something you have with many other cars so it gets plenty of attention
