Yes, but he clearly doesn't understand Porsche retailer ADMs. He's going to need a lot closer to half a big one for that kidney and for that it had better be in a lot better shape (and newer) than I think it is safe to assume his are.

He could throw in half a liver. But then again that might be in even worse shape than the kidney.
