Default Local shop good with automotive wiring?

Can anyone recommend a local shop that is good in wiring repair? My 260z has had some upgrades to the wiring. Relays were installed for the headlights and even though I have the factory schematics, I can't figure it out. I had a wire coming off the alternator burn up and i would like it not to burn up completely. Thanks.
