Default Boxster Stereo upgrade?

Hi, I live in bowie md, I was wondering if anybody can tell me where I can go (around DC area) to get a stereo up grade in my 03’ Boxster. I want to add a single subwoofer therefore I need somebody to built me a tight space box for the sub. Any suggestion where I can go or Ideas what you guys have already done, or what I can do.? I am also looking to put in a aftermarket Navigation system too. Thanks a lot.

Welcome Eddie!

"87Turbolook911" aka Vu can help you with all things stereo related. Take a look at some of the stereo install projects he has done / worked with other Dorki on the board. I am sure he will chime in when he sees your post.

See you at the next Dorki event.

Jason

Hey Eddie,

Our family shop is DSI Electronics in Laurel, MD. We can definitely take care of your needs. We go mild to wild. We have clients such as Capital Cadillac/Hummer, Redskins and Wizards ball players.

PM your number and we'll plan something out for you.

Recently, Charlie and I added an amp and subwoofer to his girlfriends otherwise stock Honda Civic. Sounded great!

It sure does. Still can't believe the difference a subwoofer can make. Sounds like a totally new system and we left the stock speakers in place and just added a smallish amp and subwoofer.

My $.02,

Go with DSI Electronics. They helped me with a Keyless Entry and Viper alarm system in my '89 Coupe.

Vu is good folk, and a P-car guy to boot!
