I am selling a CG Lock device. Its for use with OEM 3-point seat belt. For what little it cost it was effective in keeping me strapped to the OEM seat. I used it a for 3 events and went on to track seat & harness. For those not ready to commit to track seat & harness, this device is worth considering.
Like New. $30. Local pick up only please. |

Out of interest - how quickly can this be put on and taken off? I wonder if it would be a good idea for instructors to own to put in their students's cars for the weekend, take out at the end of the weekend.

Just an FYI. CG Locks work well; i've used them in our cars. But be aware that that they are only designed to tighten up the lap belt portion of an OEM 3-point belt. The shoulder belt portion will still operate per OEM. The idea is that your butt stays planted in the seat, but if something unfortunate should happen your upper body still moves in accordance with the designed OEM crash safety features of the car.
However, there are other tricks for also tightening the shoulder belt. These "tricks" may hold you in the seat while driving, but can compromise the craft safety functions. Not condoning...just informing.
