Default Early X-Mas Gift: Broken Head Studs

Here's the link the fellas:

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showt...hreadid=120627

The bad news is that I have 3 broken head studs

The good news is that the rest are still attached

Book your tickets now b/c I think I just found us our first winter project.

BTW, I am still planning on doing the August DE - I'm just not going to push her too hard

Charlie - I might just have to take you up on that offer. Maybe I can pick your brain over a steak dinner on the deck I'll shoot you an e-mail early this week.

As far as the upgrades go I'll be trying to keep everything pretty much stock. I'm going to be putting the money I save by doing it that way towards a track car

"a track car"

Doug:

That sounds like a GREAT idea! Let me know when you go shopping (for car, tub, engine, tranny, cage, etc...) Might have some parts to get you started if it is a DIY track car endeavor.
