Got report that raining all day today at Road Atlanta. Lots of carnage. Glad I stayed home.

I know its expensive as hell and you're already there...but I don't get why people don't sit out the bad weather.

You'd think that, Steve, but with the new tire technology it can be fun. My best race ever (with me driving) was in the rain at the Glen.

It's really amazing how sticky good racing rain tires are. To me carnage in the rain is a result of visibility, over aggressiveness, and stupidity. Take out the visibility and that's what causes carnage in the dry.

All I know is our very own Dwayne moses drove really well, cleaned up gtc3, and brought home workers choice as well

When I see $100,000 race cars wrecked in the rain, I don't question why people race in the rain.

I question why they race in $100,000 race cars.
